- add fixed-composer fullscreen layout with compact session header
- persist display mode and support runtime switching
- isolate fullscreen dialogs and enable reliable clipboard copying
- restore terminal state on signals and settle timers on cancellation
- support ZCode 3.10.1 runtime bridge changes
- render cancelled tools without failure stacks
