Follow-up to a security audit of the repo; the Go 1.27.3 toolchain and Docker digest bumps landed separately via #60/#66. - Enforce approval_ranges on approved fingerprints in handleConn as defense-in-depth: sshgate does not advertise scope support, but a scoped row reaching the DB (hand edit, capability-ignoring Gatehub, future flip) would otherwise act as a global approval. Out-of-scope sources now get a SCOPE_DENIED log line and scope_denied result. - Add .dockerignore so local databases (observed client IPs, labels), .git, and build artifacts stay out of image builder layers and the GHA build cache. - Harden the systemd unit: UMask=0027 so SQLite files land at 0640, plus ProtectClock, ProtectHostname, ProcSubset. - Raise the go.mod go directive to 1.27.3 (minimum toolchain gate for Ansible controller builds) and update the documented versions.
