The starter template still describes the former application-wide Settings grant. Synchronize its handbook from KickSide source
1d8b3ec6dc58fa056503f85f587018f3181c5b33so it documents explicit endpoint grants and the contract boundary already enforced by the platform.Only the copied Settings documentation changes. No executable files or dependency versions change.
Validation:
make check check-handbook HANDBOOK_REF=1d8b3ec6dc58fa056503f85f587018f3181c5b33passes. The full test-host suite detected the stale copy; the repaired source guard is being qualified separately.
