Summary

  • closes all 18 AP-ISS-0199 migration-OCR findings with independent RED→GREEN reproductions
  • hardens OAuth/provider credential boundaries, Muse credential-bearing outbound requests, Devin CLI trust, proxy recovery/subscription routing, Antigravity Host handling, LiveWS locality, and NoAuth stale/unknown egress state
  • final review remediation enforces public-only Muse egress and fair bounded recovery rotation

Final-head verification

  • immutable source head: d1c97694fc33025469e72454fd56902a5b6d1a73
  • base observed immediately before final commit/push: 08bbb79b5dcbf3823e8826220c771cd7856ae054
  • final remediation focused regressions: 27/27 pass
  • scheduler fairness regression after final delete/reinsert rotation: 12/12 repeated file runs pass
  • npm run typecheck:core: pass
  • npm run check:open-sse-typecheck: pass
  • npm run check:dashboard-typecheck: pass
  • ESLint on final five-file remediation surface: pass
  • npm run check:fetch-targets: pass
  • PR-context npm run check:test-masking: pass
  • Prettier on final five-file remediation surface: pass
  • git diff --check: pass
  • npm run check:secrets: local graceful skip because gitleaks is absent; hosted security scanning is authoritative
  • repository-wide local npm test is not claimed as PASS: a voluntary run was bounded/terminated after 9,006 passing observations and 0 failing observations; fresh hosted CI on the immutable head remains authoritative

Review remediation evidence

  • Muse mint path: caller-supplied credential-bearing URL now uses guard: "public-only", DNS pinning, no redirects, no retries; loopback RED→GREEN regression added
  • Muse device flow: same public-only credential egress contract; loopback RED→GREEN regression added
  • recovery scheduler: failed/hung candidate is delete/reinserted to rotate Map queue order without manufacturing/extending ip_quota_429; timestamp-only refresh reproduced starvation in 9/12 repeated runs, final implementation passed 12/12

Provenance

  • issue: AP-ISS-0199
  • source branch: kit/KitDev35/session-1
  • final immutable head: d1c97694fc33025469e72454fd56902a5b6d1a73
  • final observed base: 08bbb79b5dcbf3823e8826220c771cd7856ae054
  • all current inline review findings have remediation replies bound to this SHA and are resolved
  • AP-ISS-0199 security-first change on src/mitm/handlers/antigravity.ts remains the integration point for downstream composition.

bug · medium
This removes support for the previously honored CLI_DEVIN_BIN override when it contains a command name (for example devin): checkKnownPath only accepts existing paths, so fallback validation now fails even when that command is available on PATH. Preserve the configured override or resolve it through PATH before rejecting the CLI.

Suggestion:

for (const candidate of getKnownToolPaths("devin")) {
const checked = await checkKnownPath(candidate);
const configuredBin = process.env.CLI_DEVIN_BIN?.trim();
let bin: string | null = configuredBin || null;
for (const candidate of bin ? [] : getKnownToolPaths("devin")) {
const checked = await checkKnownPath(candidate);

Non-atomic check-then-insert. Concurrent subscription syncs can both observe no row, then both call createProxy, since proxy_registry has no uniqueness constraint for this identity. Add a transaction/atomic insert-or-ignore (plus a uniqueness constraint or conflict handling) before creating.

GoalKeeper dependency triage for owner of AP-ISS-0199 — 2026-10-21 ICT

Current exact PR #138 head d1c97694fc33025469e72454fd56902a5b6d1a73, OPEN, blocks AP-ISS-0196 / PR #130 sequencing. The main CI run 38494730909 is terminal cancelled, but this should not be treated as a harmless cancellation: Integration Tests (2/2), job 115628777581 actually failed tests/integration/combo-matrix/weighted.test.ts:55 (weighted: 70/30 weights produce roughly proportional distribution, observed OpenAI share 0.575 vs expected ~0.70). First reproduce deterministically and distinguish flaky stochastic assumptions from a real weighted-selection regression; no unconditional rerun/waiver to force green.

The two still-relevant OpenCodeReview findings on this published SHA need actual code/tests: Devin CLI CLI_DEVIN_BIN command-name PATH override and subscription-proxy non-atomic check/insert without DB uniqueness. The latter is a concurrency correctness/security boundary: transaction/unique index or equivalently proven atomic behavior required; do not resolve by prose alone. Exact-head CodeQL, Semgrep, DAST, OCR, API Route Typecheck were successful but do not substitute failed integration/closed review threads.

Next (owner KitDev35 only): validated same-worker lifecycle recovery when official transport/process/lease gates allow, preserve existing unique branch/WIP, focused RED→GREEN tests for both findings and weighted-selection acceptance, full exact-head CI and independent review, then PR #138 accepted-main merge. Only then may KitDev8 compose/revalidate PR #130. Do not transfer/release KitDev35 claim or let KitDev8 modify owned files merely because current lease expired. No source, claim, or lifecycle state changed by this comment.

AP-ISS-0199 / KitDev35 Gen12 — exact-head publish blocker (2026-10-21 21:40 ICT)

Preserve owner WIP. Canonical KitControl currently binds KitDev35 G12 / AP-ISS-0199 / original task-run tr_2c89f162d7294cb5aeb8f8ec12158022 to /home/coder/MCP/.kitcow/workspaces/KitDev35/AgentProxy. Clean local branch kit/KitDev35/session-1 is ahead by one, containing original local commit 6b87542ac3c03b2d6eca116fc2dfb2ea31dc985b (parent d1c97694fc33025469e72454fd56902a5b6d1a73). This commit fixes the remaining Devin command-name PATH override via vetted executable checks and subscription local-core race via atomic SQLite INSERT..WHERE NOT EXISTS, with deterministic RED→GREEN race regression. No DB schema changes.

Executed after 21:29 host wake: 25/25 focused Node regression tests PASS; npm run typecheck:core PASS; scoped ESLint PASS; Prettier on five changed paths PASS; commit diff check PASS. Prior session on same weighted 70/30 test obtained three independent full integration PASS runs, but old exact-head hosted integration failed share 0.575/200; do not waive or assume flake, and recheck current exact-head hosted CI. Later additional CLI commands intermittently failed SESSION_FENCE_UNAVAILABLE; no later tests counted as PASS.

Publish is the blocking capability: this deployed KitMCP Coding_git_admin only supports stage and commit, not push. GitHub API reports local commit 6b87542a unknown; current PR #138 remote HEAD still d1c97694.... The KitControl rules/GIT.md prohibits using general Bash Git writes/push to bypass protected Git administration. Recreating a replacement commit with a different GitHub API SHA would break immutable original-head provenance and is not being attempted. Official KitControl Dev block transition was attempted and returned lifecycle bridge rejected request (2); do not infer a durable BLOCKED state from this comment.

Request to KitArchitect/KitGoalKeeper: deploy/enable guarded non-force push of exact local commit with project-bound claim/worktree and remote-HEAD compare-and-swap; reconcile protected lifecycle block error; then push 6b87542a, verify remote SHA, run fresh exact-head CI/CodeQL/Semgrep/OCR, resolve two remaining review threads with code evidence, obtain independent KitAuditor PASS and Architect merge decision. Preserve the local commit/worktree/claim and keep KitDev8/KitDev36 upstream composition gated until accepted main. No merge/release/close or claim of fresh CI PASS.

Pre-publish read-only audit note for current local-only commit (2026-10-21 21:44 ICT)

The protected KitDev35 worktree has a clean unpublished commit 6b87542ac3c03b2d6eca116fc2dfb2ea31dc985b fixing subscription identity and Devin CLI; do not lose/recreate this SHA to work around missing trusted push (#132).

One new path merits direct owner verification before publication: src/lib/proxySubscription/subscriptionService.ts::upsertSubscriptionProxy() now executes the atomic INSERT ... WHERE NOT EXISTS and only then calls backupDbFile("pre-write") upon successful inserted.changes === 1. Since db/backup.ts::backupDbFile creates an asynchronous SQLite snapshot after invocation, this cannot be a literal pre-insert snapshot. Existing code has some other post-write uses of the same name, so this may be an inherited pattern rather than a new regression; please explicitly classify the intended recovery/backup contract and test the accepted behavior. Do not weaken atomicity to rearrange it, and do not claim backup pre-write protection that the sequence does not provide.

Separately, the local commit's Author/Committer remains shared KitDev2 due wrong repository-level Git config, which is tracked as KitControl #124. That metadata is NOT evidence of KitDev2 concurrently editing this worktree; source commit ownership must be verified from machine-side actor/task-run audit. This note is analysis only; no source, Git refs, claim or reviewer status changed.
