It's already defined in #1025, on which this PR depends. I could bring the commits from #1025 to this branch, but I think just waiting for that PR to merge before testing and merging this PR is the easiest approach.

OK, I guess #1025 failed to get merged on staging and that caused some problem. Sure let's try to get that one merged first.
