主分支 CI 使用 Rust/Clippy 1.99，新增的固定长度切片检查使本地 1.94 已通过的代码失败；1.8.0 发布已取消并保持草稿。
共享十六进制解析改用等价的
as_chunks::<2>()，保留奇数长度及非法字符拒绝。完整代码质量检查改为在 PR 阶段执行，提前发现 CI 工具链问题，并同步现有配置契约测试和发布文档。本地 Clippy、格式检查、核心与 GUI 352 项测试（8 项按原配置忽略）、33 项维护脚本检查及发布前检查通过。等待此 PR 的 Linux 完整质量与其他已触发检查通过后，再继续 1.8.0 发布。
