feat: Add purge subcommand - #64

Add the param use_cache to request method (`_post`, `_get`, etc.) to disable cache internaly for methods that don't need to use cache, such as `api.purge()`
This add the commands/purge module and also it params on config.py, a `print_success` util used when the purge is satisfactory and a couple of useful exceptions.
Change `Unit test` of for `Suite of tests` to match the rests of docstrings
The var BASE_CLASS was pointing to a wrong module.

All the command logic, tests and documentacion is done. The only thing missing is to create the gifs of the command output for the documentation.
