Practical tools for AI-assisted software delivery.
I build tools around the everyday challenges of working with AI agents: keeping projects moving across conversations, making responsibilities clear, keeping documentation useful, and getting commands to execute correctly.
Keep complex AI projects moving through to delivery.
Choose Direct, Team, or Phased work through questions about the outcome, real constraints, independent review, recovery, and how far work may proceed without further user decisions.
Keep execution and review independent, reuse a reliable Reviewer across related work, and let authorized repairs continue without repeated approval. Model and reasoning defaults are configurable by responsibility and arrangement.
v0.9.1 adds explicit migration at stable work checkpoints while preserving existing approvals, findings, budgets, and frozen model settings.
Keep documentation in step with the project.
Audit, organize, maintain, and recover project documentation. Clarify where decisions and current state belong, preserve useful existing structures, and help documentation evolve with the software it describes.
Help AI agents get Windows commands right.
Handle the practical boundaries between PowerShell, native executables, text encoding, paths, and WSL. Diagnose failures and verify what a command actually completed.
- Work Charter for DSH — Bring Work Charter 0.9.1's Direct, Team and Phased arrangements, review, acceptance and recovery to native DSH Teams. v0.2.0-alpha.1 removes the separate Session Coordinator runtime dependency.
- Session Coordinator — Retired and archived. Source and old releases remain available for historical profiles; it is no longer a dependency for new WCDP profiles.
WCDP remains a GitHub pre-release targeting DSH 0.1.7-rc.2. Its collaboration scope is one native Team; it does not replace arbitrary cross-Session coordination. Use fresh profiles/stores and consult the repository for installation steps and verification limits.
- Start with recurring problems in real projects.
- Keep tools focused and responsibilities clear.
- Make results verifiable and interrupted work recoverable.
- Evaluate defaults, then refine them through actual use.
Active projects are maintained independently. Visit its repository for documentation, source, releases, and current status.
