cc-oracle is a Claude Code plugin that has a session consult a read-only, best-model oracle subagent the moment it is unsure or stuck. It ships one agent (oracle: Read/Grep/Glob only, best model alias) and two hooks (SessionStart doctrine, Stop-hook safety net plus a three-consecutive- tool-failure trigger); compiled hook, zero config, no runtime dependencies, Windows/macOS/Linux. MIT licensed. Entry follows the existing "Claude Plugins" line format and is appended after the last unbadged entry, matching how that section is ordered.
