Readers need a clear path from the client to installing and configuring the server. Lead the README with the stable Joomla MCP package, the separate component/plugin/client roles, and the canonical installation and AI/direct-use guides.
Keep concrete client setup instructions, use the stable tagged source for checkout examples, and explain stdio launchers, direct PHP tool calls and remote connector requirements. The client is a PHP SDK/stdio bridge; ChatGPT web needs compatible remote HTTPS authentication or an adapter.
Depends on mcp_component #37; merge it first so the guide URLs resolve. Validation: checked commands and configuration against the executable, site store, SDK and Docker sources; Bash snippets parse; Markdown links/anchors validate. README-only change.
