Adds awesome-video-to-slides, a list of tools for getting slides back out of a recorded talk, and of tools that generate a new deck from a video instead.

Those are two different jobs and the list is organised around that split, because it is the thing a reader cannot tell from a vendor page: recovery keeps what was on screen, generation writes something new from a transcript. Each row carries what the input and output actually are, whether the file is processed in the browser or uploaded, what evidence there is that the output is editable, and the date the first-party page was last checked.

Against the criteria in CONTRIBUTING.md:

• It is a list, in the README, plain Markdown.
• Open to contributions, with a CONTRIBUTING.md that asks for first-party evidence and a verification date on every tool row.
• CC0, so it can be forked and maintained by anyone.
• Passes awesome-lint.

Disclosure: I maintain two of the listed entries, Video2Any and video-slide-extractor. Both are marked Maintainer project in the list and are held to the same evidence rule as everything else; there are no paid placements or affiliate links. The disclosure is at the top of the README rather than in a footnote. If that is disqualifying under the self-promotion line in the guidelines, say so and I will close this without argument.
