Closes #180.
Adds the
badgepage: basics, data binding withdataContainerandproperty(jmix-framework/jmix#5491), icons, numbers, theme variants, attributes and handlers. The page is added to the navigation and to What's New in 3.1.Code is included from jmix-ui-samples, so merge jmix-framework/jmix-ui-samples#83 first. Until then, the includes of the new tags are unresolved.
Screenshots are taken at 2x from ui-samples in the Aura theme.
