Refresh vendored skills from jfrog/jfrog-skills v0.25.0 and bump the plugin to 0.3.0 so Devin picks up jfrog-init, MCP management (including Devin --server auth), and the rest of the expanded skills bundle. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
