Dependency upgrade for pnpm.

Summary

The root packageManager field moves from pnpm 12.8.0 to 12.8.1. pnpm 12.8.1 was published on 2026-09-28. pnpm 12.8.2 and 12.9.x are younger than 7 days.

Changes

• packageManager 12.8.0 → 12.8.1, with the integrity hash written by corepack use pnpm@12.8.1
• Lockfile packageManagerDependencies and @pnpm/exe pins move to 12.8.1

Deferred

• chokidar stays at 4.0.1. Removal still hits the trust policy for chokidar@4.0.3. A range of >=4.0.1 still resolves to 4.0.1.
