Short description of changes

Locally ran

gem uninstall bundler
gem install bundler:2.6.9
bundler update

The committed the resultant Gemfile.lock with the updated version.

Tested with

bundler exec jekyll build
bundler exec jekyll serve -H 0.0.0.0 -P 9800

Built and served locally successfully.
