Document the shared configurable volume-growth rule, strict 20% boundary, retained-event projection and separate 5m notification muting. This is documentation only; the existing snapshot renderer consumes the server-qualified events without a script update. Validation: git diff --check passed; backend boundary and snapshot tests passed.
