This change refactors the entire Java chess game to improve its structure, readability, and maintainability. It introduces new classes, renames existing ones, and decouples the GUI from the game logic.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 7106789336022903913

This commit refactors the entire Java chess game to improve its structure, readability, and maintainability. The changes include:

- Introduced a `Position` class to represent board coordinates, replacing the use of `ArrayList<Integer>`.
- Refactored the `Board` class to use the `Position` class and to simplify the piece movement logic.
- Renamed `Pieces.java` to `GamePiece.java` and the `Piece` enum to `PieceType` for better clarity.
- Decoupled the GUI and game logic by creating a new `Game` class to manage the game state.
- Refactored `BoardGUI.java` to use the new `Game` class and to separate presentation logic from game logic.
- Added package declarations to all Java files.
