fix(ml page): corrected numbers + whitespace guard - #162

The instrument-section commit carried the withdrawn 4.82 in the client-tier metric and the ladder row, and introduced two text-to-tag line breaks (ml.astro, neural.astro) that trip the Astro whitespace guard. 2.0 reads 5.08 with its correction date; breaks rejoined; 34 site tests pass.

Corrects the two withdrawn-4.82 remnants (5.08 with date stamp), fixes both text-to-tag line breaks that broke the whitespace-guard test. 34/34 pass.
