Ships the E3 payoff: the Muon-trained vanilla student (run-005-muon
best) as ara-diac-small-2.0. 8.259 -> 5.2945 full-set windowed DER-CE
with the optimizer as the single variable vs the 1.0 release; teacher
reproduces 2.5997 in-run. Metadata + README follow the 1.0 disclosure
convention (strict gate still missed; residual = 0.70pp capacity +
2.25pp domain per the factorial; r7 re-distillation in flight). Export
launch follows merge.
