What

rebuild_int8_head32: the production version of the E1 fix sweep — rebuilds a shipped int8 zip with the tied head kept in fp32 (from the fp32 graphs, head MatMul excluded from quantization), then runs the complete gate stack on the corrected artifact: CER parity written into the zip, margin analysis, and the 1% confident-flip budget.

Corrected artifacts land as {mid}-int8-head32.zip beside the shipped ones — swapping them into release names is a separate version-number decision.

The sweep runs for every shipped int8 artifact (khm-latn, urd-g2p, urd-diac, heb-diac, tha-g2p-small, + tha-g2p-base/fas-g2p if their int8 zips exist). Expected from the E1 probes: heb-diac flips 9.34% → ~0.26%, all benign.

rebuild_int8_head32: rebuilds a shipped int8 zip with the tied head in
fp32 from the fp32 graphs, then gates it — CER parity written into the
zip, margin analysis, and the 1% confident-flip budget. Corrected
artifacts land as {mid}-int8-head32.zip; swapping them into the release
name is a separate version decision.
