GOLDEN_DIR points at a golden-v1 checkout; each file's stem is the model id resolved from the index, decoded, and compared row-by-row. Generated from the released zips (modal_golden_matrix.py).

The full-corpus byte-parity test: 12 models x 25 rows from the golden-v1 release, resolved and decoded through the published runtime, skipped unless GOLDEN_DIR is set (CI wiring follows).
