docs: README and paper-a point at index-v5 - #201
Merged
Conversation
The README's artifact table still said index-v4 (one release behind after the fp16 entry cut v5); paper-a's artifact paragraph said the same. Both now say v5 - the index that resolves the full 23-model catalog.

What
Two stale
index-v4references ->index-v5: the README's student-artifact table row, and paper-a's artifact paragraph. v5 is the index that resolves the full 23-model catalog (v4 predates the ara-diac-small-2.1-fp16 entry).Found in the documentation-layer sweep: interscript-ts README clean, secryst.org clean (no versioned claims).
