Update the Next.js and Vite consent guides for
true/falseat initialization and runtime, retaining granular category choices. Clarify current permission, startup ordering, replacement semantics, and the scope of consent controls.Hold merge until the SDK changes in interfere/interfere#5326 are merged and published.
Validation: formatting, lint, typecheck, Mintlify build validation, and link checks passed. Local preview started; visual inspection was blocked by the browser connection failing.
