Five more findings met while driving the 2026-10-11 issue drain, captured to the open ledger, plus one sharpened remedy on an earlier capture. Records only; no code.

• iss-2610110253059544: gitutil's one-time git version probe runs with no deadline, so a hung git hangs the status line and leaves a process per refresh.
• iss-2610110359273529: the surprise, admission, disposition and reframe records redraw a minted id only on an own-process clash, unlike the issue and reading-item allocators.
• iss-2610110401224302: a lane's pull request can leave the merge queue silently, and its auto-merge falls off with it.
• iss-2610110432159652: the guard's question check fails open silently when git cannot name the repository root.
• iss-2610110613372021: superseded merge-group CI runs keep holding runners after the queue rebuilds its groups.
• iss-2610102020442624 (from chore: capture thirteen findings from the 2026-10-10 drain #903): remedy widened with a load-derived go test -p.
