This is support for common 64-bit architectures. If the architecture is already supported, such as x86-64 and aarch64, this path will not be executed. For architectures not yet officially supported, a warning will be displayed, and ultimately a "common implementation" will be used to run on LoongArch64, RISC-V64, and MIPS64 (If the instruction set can meet the basic requirements of Intel discrete graphics cards.), instead of incorrectly identifying it as x86-64 or aarch64 or indicating it is not supported.
