This PR gives the grid the gestures a spreadsheet owes a user directly. Specifically:

  • Tab and Enter did not move the selection. Committing focuses the grid, and the blur that followed committed again, onto the cell just left
  • the grid is a canvas, so the browser's Ctrl+F finds nothing. Find and replace is ours now, on mod+F and mod+H, over values or formula source
  • a canvas has no node to anchor a dropdown to, so the right-click menu is placed from pointer coordinates. The ContextMenu key and Shift+F10 open it too
  • insert and delete name what is selected instead of always saying "row". Paste values only re-pastes the engine's own clipboard payload, already the computed values, so it is exact and one undo step
  • percent and step-decimals edit the Excel num_fmt string the engine stores. They disable on a date or a time rather than rewriting it into a number
  • the status bar reports the selection's smallest and largest numbers beside Sum and Average, and carries the sheet's one live region. A canvas made a moving cursor silent to a screen reader
  • the toolbar and sheet tabs cannot wrap without moving the grid, so below about 900px they scrolled sideways in silence. Both show an edge affordance now
  • the agent panel was a fixed w-80, wrapping the agent's tables at about 40 characters. It is a drag handle now, keyboard-resizable and persisted
  • a workbook renames, duplicates, downloads as .xlsx and trashes from inside itself. The file list sorts and searches, search only above eight rows

The chat panel is rebuilt on AI Elements, and the user's hand edits ride along with the next turn. That gives the user the same symmetry the delta echo already gave the agent. mod+/ lists every key the grid implements.

Outside the grid, DEV_EMAIL_PASSWORD_SIGN_IN=true runs bun run dev without Google OAuth, gated on NODE_ENV. The Postgres pool now survives Turbopack reloads, because PGlite holds one socket and a second pool terminated the first.
