Nitro still waited indefinitely at race start with both ROMs after the media, boot and interrupt-sampling corrections in PR #4. Pin Copper68k 1.5.4-nitro-dev.2 from CPU PR #24, which completes memory BTST's required final fetch after delayed reads. Nitro now renders its first race and responds to driving and steering input with native Kickstart and the source-built CopperStart ROM.
The package is distributed unchanged through the owner-approved full GitHub release, with no NuGet.org publication. Update all five locks and the preparation script to fetch those exact frozen bytes, retaining SHA-256 and lock SHA-512 verification. No sibling source reference, game-specific patch or host OS service is added.
Validation:
The qualification record identifies exact source/package/ROM/media/input hashes, publication verification, the bounded frozen-component CopperStart build and earlier producer-suite limitations. Coverage is bounded to first-race play; later races, game completion, audio fidelity and physical timing remain unverified. Optional/deferred skips are unavailable coverage. No ROMs, media, build artifacts or credentials are committed, and these diagnostic runs are not throughput acceptance measurements.
