   Done: CI was migrated to pyproject.toml + the wads uv-CI stub in #24 ('revives dead CI'), replacing whatever was silently skipping tests/linting before. Current .github/workflows/ci.yml runs through [tool.wads.ci.testing]/[tool.wads.ci.quality] in pyproject.toml, and recent runs (e.g. run 32947513485, 2026-08-26) are green and actually execute the test+lint steps. Closing as resolved.
