docs: move documentation links to lance-csr.hdclabs.ai - #64

The docs site now has a custom domain. Point site_url, the READMEs and the hosting note at it, so canonical links, social previews and the sitemap use the new address, and add documentation and repository links to the Python and Rust package metadata.

The documentation site now has a custom domain, https://lance-csr.hdclabs.ai/, but the repository still points at
lance-csr.pages.dev. Becausesite_urlinzensical.tomlstill names the old host, every page on the live site declarespages.devas its canonical URL and social-preview URL, so search engines and link previews favour the old address.What changed
