Add Claude Agent SDK and Kubernetes guidance to the existing CI and headless deployment guide.

• Explain installing/configuring Claude capture and when an SDK app needs settingSources: ['user'].
• Show Kubernetes enrollment Secret creation, writable HOME storage, mounts, and deployment steps with marked placeholders.
• Reuse the existing join/capture/flush flow and the application's startup script or supervisor.

The PR changes one Markdown file. It adds no startup helper, new lifecycle implementation, or upload-verification step. Existing GitHub Actions, long-lived host, and service-account sections are unchanged.

Validation:

• Relative links, section anchors, YAML parsing with sample values, and git diff --check pass. Earlier repository suite: 8,975 passed; 7 skipped. Subsequent changes are documentation-only.
• Retested the revised flow end to end on Docker Desktop Kubernetes with HypAware 1.46.0 and Claude Agent SDK 0.3.302, using a separate Bash test fixture for application startup, with no JavaScript startup helper in the image.
• New enrollment Secret and fresh PVC; daemon readiness; SDK request; Deployment restart with saved configuration; another SDK request; shutdown flushing. Both final prompts and exact replies confirmed on the server.
• Testing found that hyp setup refuses an existing configuration. Clarified that it runs once on a fresh home, and retested fresh startup and pod replacement after that correction.

This tests one application startup implementation and storage driver, not every customer environment. The test script stays outside this PR; no upload-verification step was added to the guide.

CPU/memory review: documentation-only change; no runtime code or performance impact.
