Generally looks good. Dug up two issues:

1. For timezones, timestamps that used to work now fail the ETL pipeline. Here are the cases:

2. The “View” link in the notification email doesn’t open the task, but rather sends the user to the task list. If the intended functionality is to send the user to the task, then the URL needs the workspace_id and task_id like this: /orchestration/ingestion/details/ingestion?workspace_id=&task_id=.
