Hi there 🖖

This is Mac Taylor in Chiba, Japan.

I work in the Fintech industry. My current focus is on communication systems and Linux driver integration. Previously, I was an amateur NLP researcher, with a primary research interest in Automatic Theorem Proving based on Transformer language model architectures.

I work in multilingual software development using Python, C#, C++, Java, Go, Elixir, Rust, and JavaScript.

Beyond software engineering, my academic interests include Mathematical Analysis, Linguistics, and Philosophy.

Plans for 2026

  • Achieve JLPT N1, prepare for the IELTS, and study Cyrillic and Greek.
  • Stay busy with work and conference activities, especially COSCUP.

  • Continue exploring electronics and electromagnetism while working on a communications electronics project.
