Per @jrusso1020's direction — the pre-cron static-
weekly-updates.mdxPRs are outdated now that the changelog-video skill (#2552) is live. Those weekly digests get produced through the new video flow going forward, not as static mdx entries.I admin-merged #1995 seconds before James's Slack message was edited from "close out the other change log PRs" to "close out the outdated change log PRs" — small race on my read. James asked for this revert and granted admin-merge permission (
