`biome-ignore-all lint/complexity/noStaticOnlyClass` осталась от biome, которого в проекте больше нет. Проверено прогоном: oxlint на этих файлах находок не даёт ни с директивой, ни без неё, то есть она ничего не подавляла. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
