docs: add Requesty provider example

Summary

Adds Requesty to the provider table in README.md and README_CN.md, one row each, placed next to the OmniRoute row. Requesty is an OpenAI compatible gateway, so it works with the existing OPENAI_API_KEY + OPENAI_BASE_URL path and needs no code changes.

Changes

• README.md: new Requesty row in the provider table
• README_CN.md: same row in the Chinese table

How to test

Keys come from https://app.requesty.ai/api-keys. Model ids use the vendor/model form, for example openai/gpt-4o-mini.

Validation

• Ran the one-shot CLI against Requesty with openai/gpt-4o-mini and anthropic/claude-sonnet-4-5: both called read_file and returned the right answer, exit code 0
• pytest tests/: 185 passed
• ruff check corecoder tests: all checks passed
