Review at head c7a09a17: six current inline findings remain unresolved. The Act CTA is exposed when the workflow flag is off, can validate one URL but run another, repeats the acquisition/analysis workflow, and can show stale actions under another pack. The review CTA does not match normal pending actions, and the promoted workbench drops tool-only content. Please fix these behaviors and add targeted regression tests before approval.

Reviewed head d2161b9bc82505c03eb8b1bb6d62cb1d3103c4a8 after the six earlier findings were addressed. The action workflow and its results remain behind agent-workflow-ui. The review control reads the selected completed run, keeps results scoped to that pack, and lets users inspect pending proposals without executing tools. The tool-only pack workbench is present. All review threads are resolved; current checks are 28 passed and 3 skipped. This is approval of the PR code at this head. A live production Studio run was not part of this review.

Reviewed reconciled head 590be51d3373f9cfa0c0142436acbceac950d8ff against issue #2440's 2026-10-28 decision and closed competing PR #2438. The Act trigger and results remain gated by agent-workflow-ui; the toolbar loads the selected existing run with GET rather than starting another workflow; result rendering/export remain scoped to that selected pack; proposal detail inspection does not execute tools. This merge incorporates current main's source-bound Tasks tab and adjusts affected tests while preserving honest pricing and Events copy. All six older inline review threads are resolved. This approves the reviewed code at this SHA; do not treat it as evidence that remaining hosted CI or production Studio E2E completed.
