google_api_pub_sub / google_gax raises exception when tesla >= 1.18.3

Steps to reproduce

1. use GoogleApi.PubSub.V1.Connection
2. make a pub sub publish using that connection

Tesla.Middleware.Compression requires the :max_body_size option to be set. Pass a positive integer cap (e.g. max_body_size: 32 * 1024 * 1024) or :infinity to opt out of the cap explicitly. See the moduledoc for the security rationale.

Yeah, the issue seems to be in google_gax, so potentially any package depending/using google_gax (https://hex.pm/packages/google_gax/dependents) might be transitively affected I guess.
