We're excited to announce that we're going to be rolling out some major improvements to our Go data processing pipeline. Our existing infrastructure was causing an increasing number of package versions to be missed, and generally causing Go data quality issues. We’ve been working behind the scenes on shifting to use data directly from the Go module proxy rather than independently discovering modules, with the end result that we will have Go data available for many more module versions and, overall, our data quality will be back to the high standard we strive for across all ecosystems that deps.dev supports.
We expect to move to the new infrastructure over the next month.
If you have any feedback on the new pipeline, or notice any issues especially over the course of the rollout, please let us know. We may turn off specific functionality during the move, so if there’s something you’re not seeing, let us know so we can prioritise it.
Hi folks, we’re happy to report that we have now swapped over to our new Go data processing pipeline, which has resolved these missing Go modules issue. Please let us know if you have any feedback on the new data!
