Bring the five already accepted upstream main commits through d2ac0beb0effa5fa1744d0c4cf1d8865ad39a5a7 into the v3 performance integration branch. The conflict-free union preserves every performance production blob and adds the upstream view-pack, batch root-chain/projection and version changes; only the Git CLI test file combines changes from both branches, retaining their function sets.

The exact reviewed union is 2c438f754b2a457cb7edb437f5434d1e86b4a683, with parents cd8ab035e4baa7b470ce1b5dcbb5a8c445e4b301 and d2ac0beb0effa5fa1744d0c4cf1d8865ad39a5a7. Relative to latest main, the 127-path performance diff still contains source, necessary tests and the repository-gates workflow only. Upstream documentation and fixtures are inherited unchanged from main; this synchronization authors no documentation, evidence or configuration values.

Validation: merge-tree completed without conflicts; full path sets and unchanged upstream/performance blobs were checked, and both Git CLI test function sets remain. The previous raw-stream Send correction is retained. New native checks remain pending, and no benchmark or performance result is claimed. Merge with a merge commit to preserve actual main ancestry; verify its GitHub signature and full union tree after merging.
