ScorpioFS workspace v3 requires canonical MST/2 discovery before issuing typed full resolve. Advertise the complete canonical capability schema and serve the nested chunk-map/page envelopes. Page requests bind map_id and page_index together, reject ambiguous parameters, and verify the requested map against the fixed file before returning a proof.

Stacked on #54, with current upstream main 2fe6801 synchronized through ordinary merges. The diff against #54 contains only snapshot_content.rs and snapshot_router.rs.

Validation at b98a9ab: complete source and stack-propagation reviews, nightly formatting and exact frozen identity pass. New exact-head run 37589480754 is pending. The preceding 6e76346 run passed all 18 targets (2,426 tests passed, 2 ignored), feature checks and cleanup; that result does not establish this newly synchronized head. No reports, configuration or credentials are included.
