workshop/25-enterprise-governance.md, a new enterprise-focused node covering three key governance topics: organisation-level secrets for shared credentials, required-workflow policy enforcement via a policy-source repository, and org-wide health monitoring withgh run list.This node extends
24-self-hosted-runners.md(which now links forward to it) and fills the enterprise learner path gap — learners who have set up self-hosted runners now have a clear next step for rolling out workflows at org scale. The14-next-steps.md"Go deeper" section andworkshop/README.mdcurriculum table are updated to include the new node.
