Pull request overview
This PR simplifies repository ownership rules by removing @github/code-scanning-secexp-reviewers as CODEOWNERS for several subdirectories, leaving @github/codeql-vscode-reviewers as the sole codeowner across the tree.
Changes:
- Removed directory-specific CODEOWNERS entries for
variant-analysis,databases,method-modeling,model-editor, andqueries-panelthat previously required@github/code-scanning-secexp-reviewers. - Kept the global ownership rule
**/* @github/codeql-vscode-reviewersas the only remaining rule.

I think these have all been handed over to CodeQL, so @github/code-scanning-secexp-reviewers probably don't need to be codeowners any more?
