Remove the dependency on fork-only go-git and go-billy APIs. History now carries its packed blob reader, delta decoder, tree diff walker, alternate discovery, and sharded object cache while depending on upstream go-git v6.0.0-alpha.5.
The updated coverage recomputes blob object IDs for SHA-1 and SHA-256 repositories, exercises nested and duplicate alternates, and compares SHA-256 changes with Git.
