Renames the Datadog and GCP integrations category tag from Monitoring to Seer Context.
The integrations directory derives category tags from
IntegrationFeaturesvalues. This renamesMONITORING/"monitoring"toSEER_CONTEXT/"seer-context"so the UI shows Seer Context viastartCase.Provider install flags stay
