Mistral SDK 3.x is not instrumented #25930

@mistralai/mistralai 3.0 shipped on Oct 20, and latest on npm is now 3.4.0. Our instrumentation doesn't run on it: MODULE in packages/server-utils/src/orchestrion/config/mistral.ts sets versionRange: '>=2.0.0 <3'.

From reading the 3.4.0 package, the range is probably all that needs to change:

• The patched files are still there: esm/sdk/chat.js, esm/sdk/agents.js and esm/sdk/embeddings.js. They still have Chat.complete/parse/stream/parseStream, Agents.complete/stream and Embeddings.create.
• The SDK's built-in tracing hook (esm/hooks/tracing.js) is the same as in 2.x, so 3.x doesn't add any spans of its own.
• The new TraceparentInjectionHook only touches the workflow-execute endpoints, not chat, agents or embeddings.
• 3.0 removed the ./extra/observability, ./hooks/tracing and ./extra/realtime exports. We don't import any of them.

None of this has been reproduced yet.

Scope:

• Raise the range to <4.
• Run the node-integration-tests in suites/tracing/mistral against 3.x.
• Drop the '@mistralai/mistralai@<3' pin in the gen-ai-libraries (latest) e2e variant (test(e2e): Move OpenAI and Anthropic send-to-sentry cases into gen-ai-libraries #25841), so it tests @latest.
