Bump @sentry/conventions to the release with gen_ai.decide #25248

getsentry/sentry-conventions#696 deprecates the gen_ai.evaluate op and the evaluate operation name. It adds gen_ai.decide and decide in their place, to align with Vercel AI (ai 7.0.128 renamed experimental_evaluate to experimental_decide).

Scope

• When Change location of aws credentials json file #696 is released, bump @sentry/conventions in all packages (use the bump-conventions skill).
• Do not change span data in this ticket. The integration tickets that this ticket blocks do the rename.

Notes

• The new op constant is GEN_AI_DECIDE in @sentry/conventions/op.
• The gen_ai.input.messages / gen_ai.output.messages shape does not change. It stays [{ type: 'evaluation', ... }].
