Describe the bug
Three documentation spots are stale after the v2.0.0 changes, found while running the v2.0.0-rc.1 manual pass on macOS (AGENTS.md and technical-documentation/testing/manual-e2e-checklist.md @ 15f16c1b):

AGENTS.md — tray description. It documents the tray right-click as "Open / Quit (Stop Recording while recording)". The v2 tray menu carries: Open, Check for Updates, Update Settings ▸, About OpenScreen, Save Diagnostics, Permissions…, Quit.

AGENTS.md — record button. It still says the record button is disabled without a source, with tooltip "Please select a source to record". In v2 the button is enabled without a source, tooltip "Choose a screen or window to record", and pressing it opens Apple's picker (the checklist already describes this; AGENTS.md does not).

manual-e2e-checklist.md — permissions window. The window's documented trigger is "opens at launch, until it has been closed once, while one of its rows was never asked". Observed additionally on rc.1: while a row is pending, every record press re-opens the window and the take does not start (silent non-start). Worth documenting — it is the most confusing behavior a fresh user hits (see also the separate issue on the silent non-start).
Two smaller notes:
- The checklist's first-launch row list implies each row shows Allow; on a Mac where an earlier session already triggered a row's prompt, that row presents Open Settings from the first launch instead.
- With no camera attached, the HUD webcam toggle does not turn on: it raises a "Camera access is blocked. Enable it in system settings" notification. Reasonable, but undocumented.

Docs match v2.0.0 behavior.
