I'm a hands-on software architect and RepairQ cofounder, focused on applied AI, developer tools, and making software teams more effective.
At ServiceCentral, I'm Lead Software Architect for RepairQ. I build product features and services, shared engineering tools, and automation, and lead practical AI adoption across engineering and the wider company. My recent work includes a shared toolkit for AI-assisted software development and an embeddable AI assistant platform, now in beta.
I enjoy getting deep into a difficult problem, working through the tradeoffs, and building something useful that others can build on.

Controlled credential access for AI agents. A local tool applies secret values within scoped requests while keeping them outside the model's context. I built the tool and its agent integrations, with explicit security boundaries and behavioral evaluations.

A publishing and review workflow for work created with AI. Publish reports, proposals, and interactive pages as browser links, grant commenting access, and revise the work at the same address. I built the service, standalone CLI, and agent integrations.

The public repository contains plugins, skills, and MCP configurations. The Shareout application source remains private.
A Mac app for meeting transcription, selected agent conversations, and optional work activity capture. I built it to preserve useful local context and make it available to people and agents through read-only tools with source references. Collection and agent access are opt-in.
I also build software for my family: Our Book, Remedies, and games with my four kids.
The public games portal repository includes the catalog and release infrastructure: protected publication workflows, versioned artifacts, and verification for browser and notarized macOS releases.
