Support the homebrew TPP1 MBC

TPP1 is a fan-defined MBC convention that can theoretically support very large amounts of ROM and RAM.

On the one hand, hardware.inc has historically only supported official data (e.g. CART_SRAM_2KB was deprecated).

On the other hand, RGBDS, SameBoy, and BGB all support TPP1, and I think by now hardware.inc is more for use in the homebrew community, not documentation (the Pan Docs are much more thorough than hardware.inc's per-register comments). And TPP1 constants would be useful, since they would enable a complete write-build-and-emulate toolchain.

I agree, and would gate some conditional defines behind e.g. if def(TPP1), since e.g. rROMB0 would have a different address.

rROMB0 in particular could remain at what it is, since TPP1 only cares about low bits (as long as it's a ROM0 address). rRAMB would be a bigger problem. rROMB1 could maybe be set to $3001.

Thanks @aaaaaa123456789 , I'd appreciate if you can review if/when I PR this. (Just want to check with @avivace if I can add TPP1 support in #54 and call it v4.11.)

Edit: Actually I'd rather get the rest in, and postpone this for 4.12, since it needs more design consideration.

Since IF def(...) has been rejected, I think the next best option is adding a companion tpp1.inc file, which does redef rROMB0 equ $0000 etc.
