[BUG] link previews to anchors have wrong heading/description texts

Bug Description

#174 introduced link previews.
If a link preview is pointing to an anchor (sub-heading), the wrong heading/description texts are displayed.

Expected Behaviour

The correct heading/description texts of the anchor/sub-heading should be displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

• Goto https://docs.gardenlinux.org/introduction/
• Hover "Gardener"

• It should display somthing like:
